A 12-month, four-component programme integrating skills development, job placement, enterprise incubation, and policy engagement for 30 young people per cycle.

Green Technical Skills Training
Delivered through hands-on workshops, lab sessions, field demonstrations, and competency-based modules aligned with industry demand.

Advanced Technology Exposure
Demonstration equipment, practical learning sessions, and guest lectures from renewable energy industry specialists.

Entrepreneurship & Business Skills
Building the soft and hard skills needed to launch and scale youth-led green enterprises.
- Workplace readiness, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Communication, digital literacy, and professional ethics
- Financial literacy, costing, and basic accounting
- Enterprise development and scaling in green industries
Partnerships, Policy & Systems Engagement
Connecting youth with the ecosystems they need for sustained impact beyond the programme.
