What It Is
Building a Green-Skilled Generation
The GTS Hub Youth Training programme delivers intensive, competency-based training in solar energy, smart mini-grids, and emerging green technologies. Participants learn through a blend of classroom instruction, laboratory sessions, field demonstrations, and mentorship from industry professionals.
The programme is open to young people aged 18–25, with priority given to women and applicants from underserved communities. No prior experience in energy is required — just motivation and commitment.
